Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

We serve all of Los Angeles County and surrounding areas including Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Long Beach, and the San Fernando Valley. For events beyond 30 miles from our Glendale studio, a travel fee may apply. Contact us with your venue address and we'll give you an exact quote.

Absolutely! We regularly set up at parks, backyards, rooftop venues, and outdoor event spaces. For outdoor setups, we use weighted bases and wind-resistant techniques to keep everything secure. We'll also advise on the best balloon types for outdoor conditions — some balloons hold up better in heat or wind than others.

All our packages include design consultation, professional installation, and all materials (balloons, frames, weights, and accessories). For most setups, we also include breakdown and removal after your event. Custom packages can be tailored to include just delivery & setup if you prefer to handle cleanup yourself.

That's literally what we do best! Every order is fully customized to your colors, theme, and vision. We carry hundreds of balloon colors and can match virtually any palette — including Pantone brand colors for corporate clients. Just share your inspiration photos or color swatches and we'll take it from there.

Setup time depends on the size and complexity of the installation. A simple balloon bouquet or small arch takes 30–60 minutes. A full balloon wall, large arch, or multi-area setup can take 2–4 hours. We'll coordinate with your venue to arrive at the right time so everything is picture-perfect before your guests arrive.

We always bring extra balloons to every event for exactly this reason. Our team stays on-site during setup and can quickly replace any balloons that pop. For longer events, we can arrange for a team member to remain on standby. We use only professional-grade latex and foil balloons that are far more durable than store-bought options.

Yes! We offer 100% natural latex balloons which are biodegradable, as well as reusable foil balloons and balloon alternatives like paper pom-poms and fabric installations. We never use single-use plastic balloon sticks. Ask about our eco-friendly packages when you book.

Our setups are designed with safety in mind. We use professional-grade balloons and secure all installations properly. For events with very young children, we recommend foil balloons over latex as they're less likely to pop and create small pieces. We're happy to advise on the safest setup for your specific event.
