Terms of Service

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Vibe Balloons provides professional balloon decoration and event design services including but not limited to:

• Balloon arches and garlands
• Balloon walls and backdrops
• Balloon centerpieces and bouquets
• Custom balloon installations
• Event setup and removal services
• DIY balloon kits and rentals

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, event requirements, and seasonal demand.

3.1 Quote Requests

All service requests begin with a quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change based on availability and pricing updates.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the required deposit. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for standard events and 6-8 weeks for large or complex installations.

3.3 Rush Orders

Rush orders (bookings made less than 7 days before the event) may be subject to additional fees and are accepted based on availability.

4.1 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the service agreement.

4.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Events will not proceed without full payment received.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

4.4 Late Payments

Late payments may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit. A late fee of $50 per day may be applied to overdue balances.

5.1 Client Cancellations

• More than 30 days before event: 50% refund of total payment (deposit is non-refundable)
• 15-30 days before event: 25% refund of total payment
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund

5.2 Rescheduling

Events may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 14 days before the original event date. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a $100 fee.

5.3 Vibe Balloons Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund including the deposit. We are not liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from our cancellation.

6.1 Venue Access

Client must ensure that Vibe Balloons has access to the venue at the agreed-upon setup time. Any delays in access may result in additional fees or incomplete installations.

6.2 Venue Conditions

The venue must provide adequate space, lighting, and environmental conditions for balloon installations. We are not responsible for balloon deflation or damage caused by extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, sharp objects, or rough surfaces.

6.3 Setup and Removal

Setup times are estimated and may vary based on complexity and venue conditions. Removal services are included in most packages and will be performed at the agreed-upon time.

6.4 Client Changes

Changes to the agreed-upon design on the event day may not be possible and may incur additional fees if accommodated.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Vibe Balloons is fully insured for general liability. However, we are not responsible for:

• Damage to balloons caused by venue conditions, weather, or third parties
• Injuries resulting from misuse of balloon decorations
• Allergic reactions to latex or other materials
• Loss or damage to client property
• Delays or cancellations due to force majeure events

7.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that balloon decorations are kept away from heat sources, sharp objects, and are supervised around children. Clients must inform guests of any latex allergies if latex balloons are used.

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question.

8.1 Design Rights

All custom designs created by Vibe Balloons remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8.2 Client Content

If you provide logos, images, or other content for incorporation into balloon designs, you warrant that you have the right to use such content and grant us permission to reproduce it for your event.

Vibe Balloons shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires)
• Severe weather conditions
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Supply chain disruptions

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

10.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.

10.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.4 Jurisdiction

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vibe Balloons regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
